Before you get in touch
Questions about plans, billing and the free trial are answered on the pricing page.
A member of our team reads it and replies within 24 hours on a working day. You will hear from someone who knows textile operations rather than a generic sales queue, and the first reply is a real answer to what you asked, not a calendar link.
Yes. A demo is a 30-minute walkthrough of Vastra ERP against your workflow, with no obligation and nothing to pay. If it is obviously not a fit for your business, we would rather tell you in that call than three months into an implementation.
Nothing is required, but the session is far more useful with a few real artefacts to hand: your product or fabric catalogue, a recent order, and whatever you currently use to track inventory, even if that is a spreadsheet. Seeing your actual data beats seeing our sample data.
Yes. We have offices in Hyderabad, Dubai, Riyadh and Delaware, and we work with mills, garment factories, fabric traders and brands across South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas. Multi-currency operation and export documentation are standard rather than add-ons.
Please do. Plenty of the enquiries we get are from owners working out whether their problem is a software problem at all. If the honest answer is that a spreadsheet still serves you, that is a useful thing for you to hear and costs you nothing to ask.
