Go to the login page and click 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email address and we'll send you a secure reset link. The link expires in 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Check that all warehouses are connected under Settings → Warehouses → Sync Status. Ensure the sync interval is set (default is real-time). If the issue persists, try manually triggering a sync from the warehouse dashboard or contact support.

TextileERP supports most USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners. Go to Settings → Hardware → Barcode Scanners and follow the setup wizard. We support Code 128, QR Code, and EAN-13 formats. A list of tested compatible scanners is available in our documentation.

Yes! We support data import from SAP, Tally, QuickBooks, Excel spreadsheets, and CSV files. Go to Settings → Data Import → Choose Source. Our migration wizard maps your fields automatically. For complex migrations, our team provides hands-on support.

Navigate to Reports → Compliance → Choose Standard (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, ISO, etc.). Select the date range and click Generate. Reports can be exported as PDF, Excel, or sent directly to certification bodies.

TextileERP works on all modern browsers: Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, and Edge 90+. We recommend Chrome for the best experience. Mobile access is available through our responsive web app on iOS and Android.
