  • Business data you upload to our platform (inventory, orders, financial records)
  • Communication records when you contact support
  • Payment information processed through our PCI-compliant payment processor

We also automatically collect certain information including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage data through cookies and similar technologies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days, during which you can export all data. After this period, data is permanently deleted except where retention is legally required (e.g., tax records for 7 years).

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, India DPDP Act), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data (right to be forgotten)
  • Port your data to another service
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Withdraw consent at any time
